Competency Centre

TTCS has developed an SAP competency centre designed to solve client problems and help them to quickly get back to work with as little downtime as possible. Consultants are well acquainted with the special needs and complexity of each client such that when problems arise they are effectively dealt with.

Support Desk

The support desk is the initial point of contact for client requiring immediate support. If the problem cannot be solved on the phone a consultant is immediately assigned to go to the client. A record is kept of the problem and its essentials, enabling tracking of recurring issues that may need special attention.

Escalation

If a client has special support issues that need escalation to SAP, TTCS can help in describing the specifics of the issue and highlight areas that clients might not be able to bring out on their own, ensuring the right solution is identified and executed in good time.

Support contract

TTCS offers on-demand support for clients that require consultants on a regular basis. Support contracts ensure support is always available - contract clients are given priority. Consultants check up on clients often to ensure that problems or issues are taken care of in good time.

Currency Conversions

At times clients find themselves needing to convert their currencies for whatever reason.  Right across Africa TTCS is one of the few consultancy companies that has successfully carried out currency conversions. It has vast experience and knowledge in this area which has been put to the test a number of times.
